What Are The Digital Textile Printing Inks And Is There Any Difference?

Digital textile printing inks are as follows:

1. Thermal transfer ink:

Suitable for transfer printing of polyester fiber, nylon, spandex fabric;

2. Reactive ink:

Suitable for direct printing on cotton, silk, nylon and other fabrics;

3. Acid ink:

Suitable for printing on silk, wool and nylon;

4. Paint ink:

Suitable for direct printing on all textiles.

Under the new economic environment, the textile printing and dyeing industry will inevitably enter a short-process, digital production mode. Today, more and more printing and dyeing plants use wide-format inkjet printing to produce.

The advantages of the inkjet printing method are: omit the traditional printing plate making process, shorten the process and reduce the cost; reduce the waste of dyes to obtain environmental friendliness; digital images facilitate design innovation and small batch flexible production and other incomparable advantages of traditional printing methods.
